Try to watch your arm move naturally as you walk, notice how your thoughts want to control your arm simply because you can see it and are thinking about it, but when you aren’t looking, your mind is controlling your arm’s movement without you knowing it. Your mind is not unconsciously controlling your arm when you aren’t looking, it is superconsciously controlling your arm to keep your body balanced. In our current cultures, your mind and your thoughts are two separate things. Learn to control your thoughts but listen to your mind. Let your mind guide you not your thoughts, maybe then can your mind and your thoughts become one.
